Opening on Saturday 4th July

We are all set to open with new rules in place to keep our clients and staff safe and well in these unprecedented times.

1. If you are experiencing any symptoms, please follow government guidelines and do not enter the salon.
2. Please ensure you arrive on time, we may ask you to wait outside or return to your car until we are ready.
3. Appointment only- Please do not bring friends, partners or children into the salon as we will be operating a 1 on 1 system.
4. Please arrive with clean dry hair and wash or sanitise your hands with the soap or gel provided upon entering the salon.
5. Please wear the face mask , towel and gown provided to you upon entry.
6. Please respect our rules and social distancing at all times when in the salon. These will be clearly sign posted.
7. If possible pay by card and speak to a member of staff before touching retail.
8. We will be offering limited services so please be patient with us during these exceptional times.
9. Patch testing and deposits of 50% may be required to secure your booking.
10. We will be regularly sterilising all surfaces and equipment before during and after your visit to the salon.
11. For all services there will be an additional charge of £3. This is to support the cost of PPE, cleaning materials and other Covid-19 expenditure.
12. All new clients will be required to have a skin test as will all current clients who haven’t had their hair coloured within 6 months
13. There will be no refreshments provided, you are welcome to bring your own.
14. You will be required to keep all your belongings with you at all times, the cloak cupboard will be out of use.
